Scott Hindley
Partner
Scott has worked in the property sector for 26 years and has a wealth of knowledge in Sales and Lettings. His experience allows him to provide clients with sound advice, his honest and ethical approach allows him to provide a first-class service and lead the team by example. A lot of his time is spent out of the office meeting new clients, liaising with existing clients and developing the business to maximise it’s potential. However, you’ll find that he’s available 24/7 for his clients as he prides himself of providing the best service he can.
Jake Lamb
Partner
Jake has worked for Registered Social Landlords for over 18 years and gained a wealth of knowledge in the property sector, and then continued to work in compliance for a large property manager. With a building surveying background, he’s able to provide owners and landlords with detailed advice to maximise their property asset and provide risk-based advice. His main function is the day to day operation of the business and to develop systems to provide clients with the best possible service and experience.
Katie Chandler
Sales and Lettings Co-Ordinator
Katie is our newest appointment, she joins us from a field sales background. Prior to this Katie worked for a local authority for 14 years and brings a vast knowledge of the housing benefit and council tax process and procedures to the team. A quick learner, she brings another dynamic to the business. Katie is a fantastic addition, working alongside Tilly to provide a customer focused relationship to all our clients; with a can-do attitude, nothing is too much trouble.
Tilly Taylor
Sales and Lettings Co-Ordinator
Tilly has been with Hindley and Lamb for over 3 years now, joining our company as an apprentice and quickly settling in. A valued member of Hindley and Lamb Estates, Tilly consistently provides excellent customer service. She liaises with tenants, landlords and contractors, she co-ordinates new tenancies and organises tenants moving out as well as dealing with utility companies and procuring maintenance issues. Her positive attitude and fun personality keep the office a pleasurable place to work. Tilly has become a valuable asset to our ever-growing business.
